Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – SheChoiceFAB

At SheChoiceFAB, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make your return or exchange process simple and hassle-free.


1. Free Returns & Exchanges (For Domestic Orders Only)

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

⚠️ Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
We appreciate your understanding.


2. Exchange Process

  1. Visit our [Return/Exchange Portal].

  2. Enter your Order Number and Phone Number / ZIP Code.

  3. Select the item and choose your preferred replacement size.

  4. Our team will review the request and arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  5. Once the item passes quality inspection, your replacement product will be shipped to you.


3. Return Process

  1. Follow the same steps through the Return/Exchange Portal.

  2. Once the returned product clears Quality Check (QC), we will issue SheChoiceFAB Credits equivalent to the product value.

⚠️ Return or exchange requests are valid once per order only.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please raise a request within 7 days of delivery via our Return Portal.

  • Select “Received Wrong/Damaged Item” and upload clear product images for verification.

  • Once approved, a free replacement or store credit will be issued.


5. Unserviceable Pincodes

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product to:

Please share the courier receipt and tracking details with our team.
Upon verification, we will reimburse standard courier charges in the form of store credits.


6. Combo & Multi-Product Orders

  • If you return part of a combo set or multi-product order, the refund or credit will be issued based on the individual product value after discount adjustments.

  • If an offer or discount was applied on multiple-item purchases, it will be recalculated accordingly for partial returns.


7. International Orders

Currently, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders once confirmed and shipped.


8. Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.
We’ll try our best to process your cancellation before dispatch.

⚠️ Orders already shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
